MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM

This is a application form for anyone who wants to be a member of Sustainable Business Network Association Malaysia (SustNET). In Malay is known as be “Persatuan Rangkaian Perniagaan Mampan Malaysia”.

SustNET will represent a networking platform of non-governmental organisations, other associations, corporations, SMIs, SMEs, research and learning providers and institutions, and individuals who want to be part of a strategic thinking group that can discuss, implement and action social and environmental policies relating to Sustainable Business.

ORDINARY MEMBERS

All Malaysian individuals, eighteen years and above, resident in Malaysia or abroad irrespective of race, gender or creed.

All non Malaysia individuals resident outside Malaysia or All Foreign Organization legally incorporated in and outside, Malaysia.

No Refund Policy for Sustnet Payments

1. Purpose and Scope: This policy outlines the conditions under which Sustnet will not issue refunds for payments made.

2. No Refund Policy: Sustnet does not offer refunds for payments made for its products or services under normal circumstances. All transactions are final.

3. Exceptions: No refunds will be granted except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so.

4. Eligibility for Refunds: There are no circumstances under which refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law.

5. Special Circumstances: Sustnet reserves the right to consider, on a case-by-case basis, certain special circumstances that may warrant an exception to this policy. However, any such exception is at the sole discretion of Sustnet.

6. Communication: Customers are advised to carefully review their orders and purchases before completing transactions, as all sales are final.

7. Legal Compliance: This policy is subject to and compliant with any applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. In cases where local laws require refunds, Sustnet will adhere to those legal obligations.

8. Modification of Policy: Sustnet reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sustnet website.
